How much does DentyBot cost?+
One-time setup plus a monthly subscription, priced for your region: £1,097 + £197/mo (US), £1,097 + £197/mo (UK), €1,257 + €257/mo (Ireland & EU), A$2,097 + A$397/mo (Australia), C$2,057 + C$397/mo (Canada). Everything is included — unlimited conversations, ongoing optimisation, and priority support. Backed by a 90-day performance guarantee: at least 10 qualified bookings in your first 90 days, or every penny refunded.
What does the setup fee cover?+
The full build: training Denty on your services, pricing, hours, and insurance providers; custom branding with your logo and colours; calendar sync; and testing against real patient scripts. All handled by our team — you provide the information, we do the rest.
Are there any hidden fees or usage limits?+
None. Your setup fee and monthly subscription cover unlimited conversations, unlimited patients, all integrations, and our team's support. The price on the website is what you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts, no notice period. Cancel by emailing us. Your subscription ends at the next billing date. Setup fee is refundable under the 90-day guarantee if Denty doesn't capture at least ten qualified patient bookings.
Setup & onboarding
How long does setup take?+
Most practices are live within 72 hours. We handle the training, configuration, and testing — you just share your practice's information during a 30-minute onboarding call, and we do the rest.
Do I need technical skills to install Denty?+
None at all. We handle the entire installation for you — just share your website login or forward us to your web developer. We'll have Denty live on your site without you touching a single line of code. Prefer to do it yourself? We can send you a one-line script with step-by-step instructions for your platform.
What information do you need from me?+
During the onboarding call we'll ask about your services, insurance providers, opening hours, pricing (optional), booking link, and preferred tone. The more detail, the more accurately Denty represents your practice.
Can I update Denty's information after setup?+
Yes, anytime. If your hours change, you add a new service, or update your insurance providers, just email us and we'll update Denty within one business day.
How Denty works
Where does Denty live on my website?+
As a small chat widget in the bottom corner of your site — unobtrusive but always visible. It opens when a visitor clicks it.
What languages does Denty speak?+
Denty can be trained in whatever language your patients speak. We customise it to your practice's primary languages during onboarding.
How does Denty book appointments?+
Denty connects to your calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly, Dentally, Software of Excellence, or any modern booking system) and checks real-time availability. When a patient wants to book, Denty offers real slots and confirms the appointment directly — no double-bookings, no manual work.
Will Denty replace my receptionist?+
No — and it's not designed to. Denty handles after-hours traffic, overflow, and repetitive questions so your receptionist can focus entirely on the patient in front of them.
What happens when Denty can't answer something?+
Denty gracefully acknowledges the limit and collects the patient's contact details so your team can follow up. No patient is left without a path forward.
Privacy & compliance
Is DentyBot GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. For practices in the UK, Ireland, and the EU, DentyBot acts as a data processor under Article 28 of GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is automatically incorporated into every subscription — view it here.
Is DentyBot HIPAA-aware?+
Yes. For US-based practices, DentyBot operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA and will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on request. Email hello@dentybot.com with "BAA Request" in the subject line.
Where is patient data stored?+
All data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Do you sell patient data?+
Never. Patient data belongs to your practice. We process it only to deliver the service. We do not sell, share, or use it for advertising under any circumstances.
